Not being an expert in these Philippine issues I would say it is a good example of the 'Official Type 2' (Laslo grading). In this case the planchet should be around 2mm+).

I would suggest you contact the OMSA ribbon bank. They may have some stocks of the ribbon you are searching for.

in the meantime I found a piece of replacement ribbon from a seller on Ebay, but I will bear in mind the OMSA ribbon bank for any other medals.

Just wondering and to share WW1 Philippine Constabulary Victory Medal, as per reading keynotes, the medal I have is the type 1...which I believe the original and awarded by that time and 1 of the 6000pcs made.

 

I also want some help to this group where I can find any potential collector that need WW1 victory medal.

This is a photo of a Philippines WWI Constabulary Victory Medal, with a later ( but correct colors ) replacement ribbon. The credit for these 2 photos are to be to Jeff Floyd, from the web site i downloaded the 2 photos.

The 3rd photo is a length of actual ribbon, likely later ( but not recent ), that was once for sale on a famous web auction site, but due to the settings was not allowed to be shipped outside United States, so I was never able to get that ribbon.
