The first medal is a civilian shooting medal, as Naxos says, and the last is a Saxon Friedrich-August Medal. No idea on the middle one, but it also appears to be something unofficial. The first ribbon I'm not sure about. The second is for the Bavarian Feuerwehr Dienstauszeichnung, and the third is for the Kaiser Wilhelm I Centenary Medal.
