Waffen SS sleeve eagle original ?

I´ve got this sleeve eagle from an old collection

but I don´t know if it´s good.

Please help me with your expert knowledge.

and now the reverse, as you kann see it was glued on

a piece off board

I feel that much better/clearer images are needed. I am not a fan of what I see thus far.
