Then, the Militärpass for a guy buried alive at Thiaumont Farm (Verdun) in mid June 1916. I have walked that area many, many times.

He seems to have been so effected by the occurance that after a spell in hospital he was released to work (at a tailors?)

The Militärpass was issued by the Ersatz Battalion in Aschaffenburg
