The "wind of freedom and change" blew away the crown and changed silver and gold to brass... The main (most likely the only one) manufacturer of this freedomized White Eagles became Eduard. All pieces (breast stars on reverse and badges on reverse above the right leg of the eagle) bears the same mark.
