Marked "KS" and "84" zolotniki + Dutch tax mark "V" for foreign goods that was in use from 1817 until 1953. Obverse Edited June 20, 2012 by JapanX

Marked on reverse with manufacturer's mark "Keibel", double headed eagle of court suppliers from 1840 until 1917 and kokoshnik silver mark "84" zolotniki from 1899 until 1908 with master's mark "ЯЛ" for Yakob Lyapunov. Pin also marked with double headed eagle, "Keibel" and small kokoshnik mark. Obverse

Very special one One of the last military sets that were awarded in the reign of Nicolay II … Most likely this one was issued somewhere between 1916 and 1917. We know the name of the cavalier (very interesting and controversial historical figure ). French general Pierre-Thiébaut-Charles-Maurice Janin. Traitor for some, hero (?) for others …
