Guest Rick Research Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 So often we see medal bars that are garbage these days...but it isn't often we find one that was madeout of rubbish. [attachmentid=26097]OK, OK, so maybe it wasn't literally "tuna fish"[attachmentid=26099]but it was Recycled Something! And a pretty darned high quality of workmanship, even rounding off the usual nasty chopped wire prongs. The Best Of The Worst, eh?
Ralph A Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 A man after my own heart I agree. Delightful.
joe campbell Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 this is actually the remnants of a FLAming borsCHT can, a littleknown favorite imported fromst petersburg....necessity is the mother of invention, and this mother did a GREAT JOB!!!joe
Bob Hunter Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Pretty clever job of friction fitting the pin to the reverse setup and I accept anything Joe has to say about mothering as a matter of professional courtesy...
Stogieman Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Well, I'd usually offer something clever, but everyone has beaten to the punch this time. I believe this raises frugal to an entirely new level!
Bob Hunter Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Whoever did that was way ahead of their time in terms of the recycling thing...
landsknechte Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 I think that manages to beat the Austrian ribbon bar that Stogierick was selling a while back that looked like it was made from a popsicle stick.
