Those are some great slides! Do you go over to Cuba, or does someone send them to you? I have never seen them before. Are there any differences between the soviet officer boards and the Cuban officer boards?

Some of the shoulder boards were presents from friends and family in Cuba and another were bought.

Does the border guard use green?

Yes they do, because the border guard is a part of the ministry of interior. The green is lighter than the green of the army.
