Latvia Can anyone help ID this medal?

Seems we don't have sections for guest or member help anymore... at least that I could find. No idea where to post this as not sure which language it is. Hoping someone can help and please feel free to put it in the proper place (if there is one i'm not seeing). Just no where else I can think to put it.

Sadly this is the only picture I have of it so far. Hoping someone will know what it is. I feel I've seen this image before in one form or another but can't nail it down.

The language is Latvian. It appears to be for something related to maritime rescue. The first word is "Latvijas", "glābšanas" means rescue and "uz ūdeniem" means "on the water" or "at sea". I can't make out the other word.
