Prussian NCOs troddel?

Am i righ in thinking this is for the bayonet of a Prussian NCO?

If so... from which rank? how are they put on?

It appears to be if black... I asked the same questions not long ago. I think theres a thread and if I remember correctly the question was answered.

I may have a photo of how these are applied to the frog.

This Troddel was only worn by Unteroffiziere and Sergeanten.

I think the strap was wound around the neck of the bayonet frog twice and then the fringed end was slipped through the loop formed at the end of the strap.
