David M Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Good afternoon! Friedrich v. Marschall (d. 1910) held the SEHO3b (per the 1896 Prussian staatshandbuch I saw this morning) Would he be in the DOA as well? His last known function was (Ober)forstmeister. Friedrich v. Marschall married 1866 Elisabeth Müldner v. Mülnheim (d.1879) and 1886 her sister Adelheid (d. 1926). A scan would be appreciated! regards David
Dave Danner Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 He is not in the DOA. For more career details, here is his obituary from the Zeitschrift für Forst- und Jagdwesen.
David M Posted June 13, 2013 Author Posted June 13, 2013 Thta's to bad! Thanks for checking though and for the amazing obituary! Where did you find that? I checked googlebooks time and again to no avail...sent you am PM
arb Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 (edited) David, The 1904/05 DOA shows him having the PRAO3mSchl and HSäH3b. Andy Edited June 13, 2013 by arb
Dave Danner Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Thanks Andy, I guess I should have been more specific and said 08/09. He was still alive, so I guess he just didn't bother with getting an entry.
David M Posted June 13, 2013 Author Posted June 13, 2013 Thanks Andy, as he was pensioned I and did not get anything else, there was no reason to get yet another entry for v. Marschall. I am already very happy to see the SEHO3b confirmed and the IV and III class of the ROA.
