What's the provenance of the two gartered stars?

I think A-I.

He was made a knight in 1813....

Another St. Andrew the First-Called combined with the breast star of the Order of the Garter (from Hermitage collection and this one is certainly his )

I have to comment the display of Alexander I's awards. The museum people has turned the sword of the "knight of the grand cross 1st class" up side down.

Seriously though, I have somewhere black-and-white photo of the very same combistar that we observe on Dawe portrait.
