J Temple-West Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 "L/58" was the LDO number assigned to the wartime maker, Souval....a name that all collectors have been extremely wary of since the end of the war due to the fact that Souval continued production of wartime badges long after the war's end, flooding the market with copies of originals. Souval in not a known maker of wartime Luftwaffe badges, so think it safe to say that this flight clasp is most likely one of the many copies produced by this maker.
