Interesting American Find...... Diagnosis Tags

Good Morning Everyone......

This is not in my field of collection but was so interesting that I had to pick it up......

United States Army, Medical Corps, Diagnosis Tags.......

Dated June 1918.....

The main interesting thing other than the item itself is that it has never been used..... There is some wear on the booklet from most likely being in some medic's kit bag but I guess he was never in a situation where he had to use them.....

I should mention size: 5 1/2 Inches by 2 1/2 Inches
