United States Army, Medical Corps, Diagnosis Tags....... Dated June 1918..... The main interesting thing other than the item itself is that it has never been used..... There is some wear on the booklet from most likely being in some medic's kit bag but I guess he was never in a situation where he had to use them..... For your enjoyment.....
