I believe this is a photo of Rittmeister Georg von Meyer zu Knonow presented upon his departure from HR 11 (stationed in Crefeld) to JRzPf 7 in the fall of 1913. .

A partial transcription:

Herbst 1913 meinem lieben >>> zur Erinnerung an unseren Crefelder ...zeit.

Thank you! This is very, very helpful.

I have found that in 1909 he was and Oberleutnant in HR11. He was also probably rewarded with Johanniter-Orden, but I have no details about it yet.

Edit: Cancel my last. From another thread, I realise it stands for Jager Regiment zu Pferde Nr.7!
