I must say, I dont like it.... unless it is supposed to be a private purchase piece made by a tailor who was not sure how the cut was supposed to be ?

Hard to say. The national symbol and trim look a little sketchy, plus the shape of the hat looks too big for a legimate overseas cap.

Could it be an 'enhanced' NSKK type of hat as the cut reminds me of that sort of hat?
