It is a completely unofficial award, in my opinion it is probably related to a WWI veterans group.

Paul, thank you very much.. I contacted few medal dealers in Europe and they was puzzled by the pictures. Only one dealer was close to your response. Would be nice to know the country of origin.

Could be related to German Knights Cross (Deutschritter Kreuz) - Freikorps award that was established by Alfred von Randow on April 12, 1919.

JapanX,thank you for pointing me in the right direction. After some research I found out that this order is Freikorps von Diebitsch 1st class neck decoration 1919.Extremely rare order.

Thank you, Paul. Interesting that I bought this order from someone who was casted few times as a seller on the show "Pawn Stars". He bought this order about 30 years ago from the dealer in Europe.
