What is this? Unofficial medal ?

I have never seen an official UN medal that is enamelled like that. It looks unoffical to me, but I am not an expert on UN medals.

Certainly NOT an official issue UN medal. This is one of those cases where 'google' is your best friend. I found he following link in about 30 seconds. Took me longer to figure out what it was all about.
