Italy replacement ribbon for Medal of Honour for the Army and the Navy

I was lucky enough to find one of these medals. Sadly, the ribbon is long gone. Any idea where I might find a replacement?

Have still not been able to located this ribbon. All suggested sources have come up empty. Any other advice?
