Help with identification

Hi Again, I was wondering if anyone is able to offer suggestions to which uniform this may be on a bronze tray/pipe rest I have purchased, I’m thinking German WW1, If anyone has any ideas I will be very grateful, unfortunately the casting is poor so not much detail, but its a little bit saucy whis makes it a fun item,

bluerinse  -  I would consider it a modern copy  -  until proved otherwise.  The poor quality and the high

demand for this type of risque modelling has to put bad marks against-it.     Mervyn

If it is a genuine artifact then it would certainly be a propoganda piece.
