A short summary: Recalled for WWI on 03.08.1914, woundet on 22.08.14, promoted to Gefreiter on 24.09.1915, got the Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse on 21.05.1916, became an english POW on 04.11.1918, returned to Germany on 04.09.1919 and was promoted to Unteroffizier and release from service.
