Perhaps I'm being a bit too critical. The Epaulettes for a Senior Seargant do not seem quite right. Lacking the embroidery? Maybe wrong!! Hope so

If you look closely, you can see them. Also the metal insignia for a HF.

If you click on the image on the Wiki page, it enlarges twice... the final enlargement makes all insignia very clear.  The Sani is wearing a subdued Combat Medical Badge from the US Army.
