Which order does he wear?

I´ve got two questions about that man.

1) Which order does he wear?

2) Does someone know him?

Reverse unwritten, but stamped from an Atelier from Münster/Westfalen.

We have:

Litzen on white base = Infantery

Verwundetenabzeichen = photo taken after spring 1918

Rank: Oberstleutnant

Can't help with the identification but the award looks like the Johanniter order, white with black eagles
