Help with WW2 Belgian Croix de Guerre

Hi folks,

New member here.  Does anyone know what the tower device on the ribbon is?  I have seen a tower device on the web, but it is of a different type.  Any information would be appreciated!

I am not a expert for belgium Medals, but the tower looks for me like a Spain Engineer collar tab.

See here the only and correct tower on the belgian War Cross 1940-1945, it is given for civilian valor.

all ather towers are not the good ones
