Ribbon for Order of Charles III.?

Can you pleae check if this ribbon can be for Spanish Order of Charles III.?

Quite possibly.   The Order of the Somali Star and 2nd type Order of Nichan el Anouar use this ribbon format as well.   Wiki article on both of those Orders incorrectly displays those ribbons with a darker blue hue like that of 3rd type Order of Nichan el Anouar.    Some fabric suppliers have trim ribbon with this general physical appearance as well.

34 mm width usually for breast badges but sometimes, especially more recently, also used for neck badges. Formerly statutes usually called for 50-45 mm width for neck badges.

Spanish Ribbons are 30 mm
