Please help ID summer? uniform

Hi,

can anybody help ID this uniform of the Hauptmann and maybe even the branch, this soldier was assigned to?

Unfortunately the shoulderboards are not that sharp.

Hello Grey C : The officer is wearing a summer service uniform of the Imperial Navy . by the shoulderstraps I risks to say that he was a Stabsingenieur of the Torpedo ingenieure Korps . this branch shoulderboards were special ones with a black cord between the silver ones . the badge was an anchor rather great with a T superimposed .
