Tom Forbes Posted April 22, 2017 Share Posted April 22, 2017 I'm not sure if this uniform is British or Canadian as I am trying to identify an old family picture with no name or date. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of identifying badges etc, but I thought someone might even be able to give me an approximate time period. The cover of the picture folder has the company name "London Portrait Co. Ltd." on 107 Regent St. W. Thanks to anyone that can give me any clues.
