A notable career , forged into the battlefields . a example of the spirit of 1813 in Prussia  into the frame of king Frederick William III manifesto An mein Volk . Zimmermann , was a wealthy burguess and educated , not till 1813 an aspirant or eligible to pursuit a career into the Army at least not in a Infantry or Cavalry unit . He made one into a elite unit . surprisingly he received only the EK 2 . the reason resides perhaps into the fact that he received promotions and finally commission . another form of awards . Very interesting .
