His name is Gregory Klementovich Slipchenko

Her name is Lubov' Petrovna Slipchenko

I believe he recieved the Ushakov for raising a ship...

There's not much to glean from his diving log, other than the fact that he dove quite a bit, and kept up with his diving qualifications!

Did the group come with the citation for the Ushakov?

I don't know how well these will scan, as some of the xeroxes are muddy beyond belief and bound tightly into what seem to have been really thick volumes.

First of all, while this is four pages of what may be interesting stuff, I cannot get the scan clearer than this. Guess there's no reason to even try?? If this is of ANY use, let me know and I shall try again/more.

Not knowing Russian, and being totally unfamiliar with navy documents, I don't know what I am seeing.
