Actually, like the unfortunate Jessica in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" who was only "drawn that way," Evil Ricky is not TRULY Evil because his scans all Suck Bigtime...

he is the unfortunate wictim of having H(opelessly) P(athetic) scanning equipment.

I have been to Stogie's Nest today, passing the frightful Dunwich hills and dales in darkness, rain, and murk...

and it really AIN'T HIS FAULT.
