Unknown Class of the Bulgarian Order of Military Merit

Hello. Can someone help me determine the class of the Bulgarian Order of Military Merit from the last ribbon on this uniform?

The uniform belonged to a German WW2 Vizeadmiral, Kurt von dem Borne.

The device on the ribbon seems to be a crown and swords? Or only the swords?

Hi,

It is difficult to determine the class only by the ribbon.

Since the person was Vice -Admiral it could be anything from an Officer to a Grand Officer Class,depends when he was awarded. - ( as Vice Admiral or earlier in his carrier)
