Does anyone know when exactly was Dönitz awarded the Gemeinsames Flugzeugführer- und Beobachterabzeichen in Gold mit Brillanten.

I found the date 30 January 1943, could this be the correct date?

This is the correct date going by the award certificate. I have a note that this image  comes from the 1999 Huesken Catalog.
