Military cross of the Polish armed forces in the West clasps

This cross has 15 official clasps available with the relevant theatre of service upon it.

I am afraid the Arnhem clasp is attached to the wrong ribbon and the Wilhelmshaven is pictured twice.

Were all Home Army members authorized this medal?  I don't see it in any award groupings I've seen.

This cross was a late award in 1989 to Polish Armed Forces in the West, i.e. those soldiers who fought alongside the Western Allies against the Axis forces.(Polish Forces in the East would have been those soldiers who fought with the Soviets).

The Home Army was the Resistance movement in Poland itself.

Hi I am new to this site but I am trying to get an Arnhem clasp for this medal - my late father in law was in the 1st Independent Polish Parachute Brigade and jumped into Driel.  When issued with the War in the West medal i did not include the Arnhem clasp
