It looks fine. The Feldpost number in the stamp is for 4. Kriegslazarett (R) Kriegslazarett-Abteilung 532 R.

The structure of the paper and the print inspire confidence in me.

Confused by some details.

The document indicated  - Infanterie-Regiment 68, although at that time he was already - Füsilier-Regiment 68.

And in the word Füsilier ,  spelling mistake made .

Could it be like that?

You have to bear in mind that the citation is being issued by a rear area medical unit rather than the mans actual unit. It isn't rare to see spelling mistakes or the wrong unit names on medical unit issued wound badge citations.
