Please help to identify insignia silver wire bullion badge.  120mm

Hi can't recognise the motif but it looks like a device (crown or similar) may have been cut off. Just above the central motif

I wondered whether the writing might be Greek, but it's too small for me to tell, assuming I would recognize Greek, and I don't see anything Greek [and Royal] that looks similar.

I also thought Greek letters at first but came up with the same non-amswer, it still looks to me like something has been cut off though

Hello Gentlemen , The  Royal Greek Air Force pilot badge was in gold wire and very alike the bird sic of the RNAS. naturally with Royal Crown . In Republican times 1924 to 1935,the crown was cut off, but your badge is not of Greek Air Force,

Agreed.  Any thoughts on which other languages / scripts the writing on the badge might represent?  I'm afraid my old eyes can't make muchj of it, even blown up by my computer.
