Elmar Lang Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Hello, I would like to post the pictures of a badge that's unknown to me, found some years ago at a militaria auction in Italy. I'd be glad if anyone could identify it! All the best, Enzo (E.L.)

Elmar Lang Posted November 22, 2021 Author Posted November 22, 2021 Thank you very much for again helping me! is this badge connected to Police, due to the "Public Security" thing? Is the number struck to the reverse to be considered as its award number? Many thanks again, Enzo
JapanX Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Regarding public security. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministry_of_Public_Security_(China) Regarding number. Many early chinese badges from 1949+ time period were numbered, so mumber per se doesn`t mean that this or that badge is an award one. Reverse clearly states that this is 纪念章 - commemorative badge. Best, Nick
