Ceylon_Medals Posted February 9, 2022 Share Posted February 9, 2022 There is no Medal Index Card for this medallion. It was issued by the Govt. of Ceylon. Semmence was a planter. The Ceylon Roll of Honour has a small entry for him. Semmence RH; late of Gonakelle, Passara; 2nd-Lt. R.F.C. My records show that he was a Trooper with Ceylon Mounted Rifles. Later 2/Lt. RFC; 2/Lt.
