Online roll for foreign LoH awards?

Is there an online medal roll for awards of Legion of Honour to foreign (non-French) citizens?

 

Or the other French orders, like Order of the academic palms?

I believe the Base Leonore is only for French recipients?

 

For foreigners, I have had most luck with searching the "Journal officiel de la République française" for official statements.

However, my success rate is low... about 10%.

The OCR is clearly struggling with the old papers and the scanning of them.

 

They may have an official home page, but this is the link I have saved:

For the GC class of LoH, there are books that list them (also for foreigners).

Some foreigners recipients can see. perhaps only of the french troops: Switzerland Regiments, italian and german states, some sopanish of the Foreign Legion

In my case I already had the name of the recipients and contacted directly the Chancellery for LdH for confirmation. They also manage the Order of Merit. Be aware that for orders given to foreigners there is no paper file available, only the date of concession.
