32nd Division badge (Yugoslavia)

Recommended Posts

The 32nd Zagorje Division of the Yugoslav Army badge (1945), commemorating 2 years of the unit's formation in December 1943. The badge was worn on the left breast pocket but soldiers often wore it over the pocket. The photo examples are in the next few posts.

Here's the badge from my collection:

Here's one example of the correct wear. The photo is from the book Moje selo partizansko (My Partisan Village) by Dragutin Mrkoci and this is him as an officer. Judging by everything, the photo was taken somewhere between December 1945 and 1946.
