Current issue [non-portable] ones sometimes seen for sale presented contained within a frame without suspension ring/device. One may contact the JRC directly for complete information. I tried contacting them twice and both times got unintelligible gibberish back. Of course, I recognise not everyone speaks English, but I would've been better off being replied to in Japanese and using Google Translate!
