Bayern Posted April 24, 2022 Share Posted April 24, 2022 I believe that its Spanish . the South Americans Navies tended to the use of British Style Uniforms . the Spanish Armada was nearly the only to use Blue and Red ,apart the goldened Serreta on the cuffs over three eight pointed stars points to Spain.
