    PS:

    Am I seeing that right, Kronenorden 2nd Class with swords and star?

     

    Be so kind and take a look: I have him as commander of the Deutsch Ordens-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 152 (at the beginning of WWI) not the Infanterie-Regiment von Alvensleben (6. Brandenburgisches) Nr. 52 ... am I mistaken?
