Strange cross (Poland/Russia?)

I was recently offered to acquire this cross. It was stated that it's of Polish origin, but it wasn't verified by any evidence. I don't know why, but it looks like some of the White Russian movement decorations, I had privileged to observe in one domestic Museum...

Anyone has any clue or know anything more about this specific cross?

Looks similar to the Cross of Valor of the former Volunteer Allied Army of General Stanisław Bułak-Bałachowicz, with a different ribbon.

It looks strange not to say that is possible to be "aged" modern one

I might be wrong, however i would not buy it

The Ribbon is from the Medal or/and the Palm  of the Belgium Order of the Crown
