Dave Wilkinson Posted April 25, 2023 Share Posted April 25, 2023 They look like "Gorgets", which are worn on the lapel/collar of a tunic. Possibly off a uniform worn by a member of the diplomatic corps. That's a pure guess on my part and no doubt someone will correct me if I'm wrong. The buttons feature the Royal Arms (UK).
