This is on eBay.de, kind of silly opening bid of 1k Euro. Has other items as part of the group.

I'm curious as to what the last decoration on the bar is. Also, how did it come to be awarded?

On the Kuenker page its cut of but in the plain html you will find:

(SEIT 1935) IRAN (BIS 1979)

So it was awarded after WW1.
