Request for help to identify awards for General officer as colonel

Can someone  help me decipher the attached?

If you hacve (access to) that Rangliste you'll find a legenda at the outset that will allow you to ID these orders yourself. And this could help to get you started:

 

 

Once you've narrowed it down to a few you are unable to ID I'm sure I or others will chime in - but that is a long list, and "help to identify" implies you make the effort first.

It is easy enough to identify awards with little “minis” like Red Eagle and Crown Order third class, Treudienst and EKII. The one that looks like a Bavarian officer’s cross but without swords has me stumped.  The abbreviated awards are more difficult.

 

what is strange is that I have found zilch about this officer on the internet.  What unit was he in?  Where did he serve?  He has Austrian awards.  I guess he served in the “south.”

Konrad v. Lüttichau is listed as commander of the regiment 1891-1896 (assuming he is your guy?)
