Complete and demilled according to german law 8as opposed to the US "destruction-Demill" method.

The son of the president of a Canadian veterans assoc gave it to the man I bought it from. he had to have it demilled chop-chop as the Canadian legion post had had it on display for over 50 years.... in shooting shape !!!

These were given to the vets association just after WW1 by the canadian Govt.

It is a 100% WW1 bringback... funny thing is... there is only a "19" on the spring cover. Usually there seems to be a 1914, 1915, 1916 or wjatever.

The Sledge I can take as luggage on the aircraft, only thing is.... it is too heavy. i need to take it in 2-3 pieces.

That is why I need to know it it can be unassembeled without damaging it.

Don't scoff. Where my Swedish family came from, when the Gulf of Bothnia froze over they used to walk (NOT their cars-- see Boy With Dog) over to Finland.

Now with GPS and cellphones, you don't even need to carry along your own line-of-sight telephone poles for the vast trackless frozen wastes, either.

PS The sled does NOT come apart. That's why scrawny 1918 draftees had to be chained to them to heave the things through churned up mud. (If NOT chained they tended to... abandon the @#*%ing things)
