WRANGEL
Hi, Here are mine. First 3 badges were found together, the badge portraying General Mihailovic is French made (probably for Serbian emigrees), as for the other two I have no idea where they have been produced. Regarding the last badge I believe it was a cap badge (it has two pin on reverse), but which service ? Best regards Bill
Lightfoot
Great metal badges hoping to find some in the future, got a officer´s sajkaca that was also used by chetniks. This is mainly a artillery officer´s cap with a black cockade. But under the WWII the chetniks used what they could get their hands on because lack of uniforms and other equipment.
Lightfoot
Here´s an infantry badge that was used by the NCO´s in Kingdom of Yugoslavia, the chetniks used them too for the sajkachas
Lightfoot
Here´s an infantry officer´s parade badge. The background material was made of red plush. This got some wear though. As other badges, the chetniks used what they have been wearing in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia service.

WRANGEL
Hello Lightfoot, Here is the reverse of the badges. Do you know what is the Serbian double headed eagle badge with the double pin on reverse for? I think it could be a cap badge, but I don't know for which service ! Sincerely yours Bill
Lightfoot
Bill I think you are right that it was used on a cap "Shajkaca" traditional serbian cap. You could put a badge like that on the cap that I posted. Sometimes they made their own local badges. Have you seen the enameled cap cockades? They all have 2 pins for the caps. Emanuel
Not to be blunde, but the Ravna Gora Chetnik badge ( first one from the left from the lot picture ) it's a copy or reproduction, take it as you like,I don't mean it's made on purpose to fool someone and buy it for a full price.... Lightfoot
The backside pin isn´t a tradionally one if I may say and this piece haven´t got so nice details.
Lightfoot
It´s not easy to get an original Ravna Gora badge, had one and sold it and now I regret it. If I had the chance to trade my Infantry parade dagger of Kingdom of Yugoslavia I would do it.
Emanuel
The backside pin isn´t a tradionally one if I may say and this piece haven´t got so nice details. I understand what you are saying, but again not to leave wrong impressions, I really mean that the badge is not the one that was awarded to Chetniks in exile from the King or his representatives. These are very expensive pieces and well ranked in high demand, so someone really has to pick up the correct reference literature instead of buying suspicious badges that think that are original FYI, you may willing to trade your Parade Infrantry dagger with this badge, but it's kind of impossible ,as the badge is quite more expensive than the dagger If it was Air Force Kingdom dagger, then we could talk about it :D
Lightfoot
Depends where you buy the infantry dagger in some militaria webshops they are very expensive :)

chetnik1942
I purchased this a number of years ago. The seller advertised as an early chetnik cap badge (1900s). Have not been able to find any kind of reference on the net. Can anybody shed some light on this?
