Nice photos. You were lucky, as they were very cranky regarding photos when I was there. But most of the medals on display were fake anyway. Lovely building, interesting displays, phoney medals.

In fact, I bought the special photo ticket. It did not prevent the Babushkas to come to me every 10 meters when they saw me taking photos. But when they see the bracelet, they just returned to their chair...

Pretty much my experience too, even with ticket the ravenous babushka hordes made pictures a hassle (and a half).

Nice. I recall squinting at these lovely pictures, wishing they weren't so artistic and soft-focus (and printed on textured paper). Not intended for the phalerists, I guess!?
